Genoa, nicknamed “La Superba” has got a rich heritage in art, literature, history, music. This has enabled Genoa to be nominated, in 2004 as the European capital of culture; instead, in 2006 the “Strade Nuove “ and the “Palzzo dei Rolli” system have been declared Word Heritage Site of Unesco.
