With this we remember all our customers that following the entry into force of Legislative Decree of 23/05/2011, No. 79, and the Interior Ministry Circular No. 400/A/2012/23.1. 3 of 05.03.2012 ,even for minors has become definitive, and the actual requirement for proof of photo identification to register at the Hotel (identity Card or Passport).
If a customer does not have a valid ID, can not stay overnight..
No client may declare the identification of another host, even claiming to be responsible.
Refuse check-in
We regret to report that according to another as reported in the relevant law, we should refuse check-in, in case of non submission of ID document or passport, otherwise they will respond in person before the law in case of controls, with consequent penalties.
Minors unaccompanied by parents
Minors unaccompanied by parents, as well as ID card or passport of the child, is also required a written authorization from the parents, showing the dates of stay and a photocopy of the identity documents of their parents.
Groups
While for groups (more than 20 people), you must present at check-in a list of participants (stamped) for each reporting: Surname, Name, Date and Place of Birth, Number and type of document valid identity and place of residence.
You will need your identity document to the parent only at the check-in.
Tourist accomodation tax regulation

Planned for experimental application only in July and August 2018, starting from 2019 it will be in force from April to October every year.
The rate is € 1,50 and it’s applied on the first 5 nights of the stay to every person that, on the first night, is aged 12 or older.
Reductions and exemptions are subject to a self-declaration submission, according to the italian law DPR 28.12.2000 n. 445 .
